About Iredell Senior Center

A Senior Center of Excellence

The Iredell Senior Center in recognizing the need and ability for the continued growth of older adults, is dedicated to promoting the physical, emotional, and economic well-being of older adults.

Membership

There is no membership fee to participate at ISC. Some activities, special events, and services may have a fee for instruction or supplies; this will be noted in the program description. There is a scholarship fund available for seniors in need who wish to participate in activities where a fee is associated.

Support

You can support Iredell Senior Center by making a donation, a memorial gift or gift in honor of a loved one. The senior center has individuals that have attended the center for many years, and this is always a very meaningful way to remember and honor them. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency, donations made to ISC are tax-deductible.

Connections and Funding

ISC is a project of Iredell Council on Aging, a private, non-profit agency.  Funding comes from Iredell Council on Aging, Home and Community Care Block Grant (federal Older Americans Act monies), State of North Carolina, United Way of Iredell County, fundraising efforts, and private tax-deductible gifts and donations. We welcome, and appreciate, gifts and donations of support.
